These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 2u77 platform ("Platform", "Service", "we") and its users ("you", "user"). By using 2u77's services through our website, app, or any other channel, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

3.3 KYC Verification

To maintain a safe environment, 2u77 may ask you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time. The following information may be requested during this process:

• A copy of a government-issued photo ID (national ID, passport, or driving license).
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of your mobile banking account.

Withdrawal requests may not be processed if KYC verification has not been completed.

4.1 Deposit Rules

Accepted methods for depositing funds at 2u77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits must be sent from a mobile banking account registered in your own name — transfers from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will always be sent to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit. Standard withdrawals may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete.

4.3 Deposit & Withdrawal Restrictions

• Deposits and withdrawals can only be made using the accepted methods listed above.
• 2u77 may temporarily suspend withdrawals if financial fraud is suspected.
• Attempting to claim multiple deposits by resubmitting the same transaction details will result in account closure.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. For deposits of ৳10,000 or more, the bonus will be capped at ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only — not the total amount including the deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings earned from the bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

2u77's VIP program has four tiers, where regular players receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

The more active a player is and the more they play, the higher the tier they can reach. Each bonus and cashback offer may have its own terms, which will be stated in the offer details.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

2u77 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and close the account of any user found creating multiple accounts, placing bets between themselves, or using any other strategic method to exploit the bonus system.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of manipulation, hacking, or attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

8.2 User Request to Close Their Own Account

You may close your account at any time by contacting 2u77's support team. Please ensure any pending withdrawals are processed before closing your account.

All content on the 2u77 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of us or our partners. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
